Terms of Service

EDITX is an iOS mobile application that provides AI-powered image editing services. Users can select photos from their device and apply various AI-based editing effects and enhancements.

The Service uses third-party AI models and services to process your images, including but not limited to OpenRouter, Replicate, and Fal.ai. Images are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after editing.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use EDITX. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the Service.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the images you choose to edit using our Service. You must have the legal right to use, edit, and process any images you upload.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it related to our Service.

You agree not to use EDITX to upload, process, or edit images containing:

• Illegal content or content that violates any laws or regulations
• Pornography, sexual content, or nudity
• Hateful content, including content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
• Content that threatens, harasses, bullies, or intimidates others
• Spam, malicious code, or content designed to harm devices or networks
• Content depicting illegal activities or promoting harmful behavior
• Personal information, or likeness, of others without their consent

You also agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Violate any applicable laws while using the Service

Your Content: You retain all rights to your original images. We do not claim ownership of your photos or edited images.

Our Service: EDITX, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Float Tech LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

License to Use: By using our Service, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing editing services.

Our Service relies on third-party AI providers and cloud services, including Firebase, OpenRouter, Replicate, and Fal.ai. These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party services, though we choose providers that maintain high standards for data protection and service reliability.

EDITX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of edited images for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Float Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

We automatically delete your images from our servers immediately after processing, typically within 1 second.

You may stop using our Service at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, any data we have will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
