Float Tech LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the EDITX mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Information We Collect
Photos and Images
EDITX only accesses photos that you explicitly select for editing. We use Apple's PHImagePicker, which means our app cannot access your entire photo library - only the specific images you choose to edit. Selected images are temporarily uploaded to our cloud services for AI-powered editing.
Analytics Data
We use Firebase Analytics to collect basic usage information such as app crashes, performance metrics, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the app experience.
How We Use Your Information
Image Processing
Your selected images are processed using third-party AI models to perform the editing operations you request. Images are temporarily uploaded to Firebase Cloud Storage and then sent to third-party AI services including OpenRouter, Replicate, and Fal.ai for processing. These services operate their own servers and may have their own data handling policies.
Service Improvement
Analytics data helps us understand how the app is used and identify areas for improvement, bug fixes, and new features.
Data Retention and Deletion
Automatic Deletion: Your images are automatically deleted from our Firebase cloud storage and third-party AI processing services immediately after editing is complete, typically within 1 second of processing completion.
No Permanent Storage: We do not permanently store your images on our servers. Images exist only temporarily during the editing process.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
No Ads or Data Sales: EDITX does not contain advertisements and we do not sell your data to third-party companies.
No Model Training: Your images are never used by EDITX or our partners to train AI models or for any other machine learning purposes.
Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) for analytics and temporary cloud storage. For AI-powered image editing, we use third-party services including OpenRouter, Replicate, and Fal.ai. These services operate under their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Your Rights and Control
Photo Selection: You have complete control over which photos EDITX can access. The app only sees photos you explicitly select.
Data Minimization: We collect and process only the minimum data necessary to provide our editing services.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data during transmission and temporary storage. All data transfers are encrypted, and access to your images during processing is strictly limited to our AI editing services.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
